WE ARE LOOKING FOR Senior HW PCB Layout EngineerWe’re looking for a Senior Hardware PCB Layout Engineer to design and deliver complex, high-density printed circuit boards for embedded electronic products. You’ll own PCB layout from schematic handover through design release, working closely with hardware, mechanical, RF, FPGA, thermal and manufacturing teams.

Specific Responsibilities
- * Design complex, high-density multilayer PCBs for embedded and mission-critical products.
- Own PCB layout from schematic handover through design release and manufacturing
- Perform component placement and routing considering SI/PI, EMC/EMI, thermal, mechanical and manufacturing constraints.
- Define PCB stack-ups, controlled impedance, routing rules, via structures and copper distribution.
- Layout high-speed interfaces including DDR, PCIe, GbE, USB, MIPI and other differential interfaces.
- Apply length matching, differential routing, return-path management, grounding and isolation best practices.
- Support mixed-signal, RF and power layouts and collaborate with HW engineers on PDN and decoupling.
- Work with Mechanical Engineering on board outlines, connectors, keep-outs, heatsinks and enclosure constraints.
- Ensure DFM/DFA/DFT compliance and generate complete fabrication/assembly data.
- Support design reviews, prototype bring-up, EMC/environmental testing and production troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional PCB layout or electronic hardware design experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Altium Designer.
- Proven experience delivering complex multilayer, high-density PCB designs.
- Strong knowledge of high-speed, mixed-signal and power PCB design.
- Practical experience with PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly processes.
- Good understanding of SI/PI, EMC/EMI, manufacturing tolerances and applicable IPC practices.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings or 3D models and coordinate board-level constraints.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Nice To Have
- * IPC CID or CID+ certification.
- Experience with rugged or high-reliability electronics.
- Familiarity with environmental qualification and EMC requirements.
- PCB layout experience for SoC, FPGA, memory, RF, high-current power or sensor designs.
- Experience supporting hardware bring-up, EMC testing, environmental testing or failure analysis.
