Responsibilities:
Design high-end creative assets for digital media, large-format print, pitch decks, corporate communications, sales centers, retail environments, events, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Develop, document, and enforce comprehensive visual guidelines governing typography, color palettes, iconography, photography, and layout systems.
Partner closely with marketing, corporate communications, and development teams to translate high-level strategic objectives into compelling, market-ready visual concepts.
Oversee final production files and review deliverables to guarantee all visual outputs adhere to luxury real estate standards and brand consistency.
Actively leverage AI-powered design and production tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI) to streamline workflows, enhance ideation, and accelerate content generation without compromising design integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a closely related field.
Minimum 5+ years of graphic design experience within a reputable creative/branding agency, , or real estate developer.
Real Estate experience is strictly required. Proven track record in real estate branding, property marketing, or architectural design collateral.
