Senior Designer — Omoi, Stockholm
We’re Omoi — Europe’s design agency for deep tech. Space, aerospace, AI, robotics, energy — we help companies with branding, strategy, design, content, and storytelling. Companies doing hard things that are hard to explain. But also companies that, every day, achieve the near-impossible.
Since we started Omoi, we’ve worked with over 25 companies in more than 7 countries, grown from two people to twelve, and helped our clients raise over €750m.
We’re looking for a Senior Designer to shape how these companies show up in the world. You’ll report directly to our Creative Director, lead identity work from first concept to final system, and mentor other designers.
The work spans brand identities, pitch decks, websites, brand films, and more, with in-house 3D, motion, photography, and film at your fingertips.
Founders come to us at the moment they’re defining what their company is. We don’t just deliver design; we advise on how to build a brand, and you’ll be in the room for that. The bar is high and the pace is fast. If that sounds like the point rather than the price, we should talk because this is going to be a challenge. We are a startup working for startups and that means that this will be both and effort and time commitment unlike many opportunities in Sweden.

You’ll work alongside people who’ve built brands at Bottega Veneta, Ogilvy & Mather, Gin Lane, Great Works, Laird & Partners, Collins, and more.
Our working language is English, and all work happens in our studio in central Stockholm. We believe creative collaboration is best in person, so this role is not remote.
You have:
– 8+ years in brand identity, with projects you’ve led end to end
– Impeccable taste in typography, layout, motion, and image
– Experience guiding and developing other designers
– The confidence to present and defend work directly to founders
– Curiosity about science and technology (experience with tech-forward clients is a plus)
