Job Description
- * Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
- Manage a team of 10+
- Look after multi entity and group consolidation.
- Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Monitor and enhance internal controls and financial policies.
- Support decision-making with financial insights and data analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes.
- Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Controller should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Multi entity and territory experience
- Experience managing large teams
- Experience in Africa is a MUST
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
