.Key Responsibilitie
s * Manage end-to-end export operations for our chili pepper product lines, from order processing to final delivery
. * Identify and penetrate new international markets, establishing strong relationships with global buyers, distributors, and retailers
. * Ensure full compliance with international agricultural trade regulations, phytosanitary standards, and customs documentation
. * Coordinate seamlessly with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely shipments and product excellence
. * Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize Agrotopia’s market positioning
.Qualifications & Requirement
s * Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in agricultural exports, with a mandatory focus on chili peppers or similar spices/produce
. * Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of global shipping logistics, Incoterms, and export documentation
. * Skills: Exceptional negotiation, B2B sales, and client relationship management skills
. * Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional languages are a strong plus
. * Mindset: Strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
