ARAS Fine Interiors is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in our pre-contract and commercial activities, supporting the company’s growth across interior fit-out, refurbishment, joinery and Design & Build projects.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline. * Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience, preferably with an interior fit-out contractor. * Strong experience in interior fit-out, refurbishment and joinery estimation*. * Good knowledge of materials, labour productivity, subcontractor pricing and UAE market rates. * Strong understanding of BOQs, drawings, specifications and tender documents. * Proven ability to independently prepare complete fit-out estimates and commercial proposals. * Experience dealing with UAE suppliers and subcontractors. * Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills. * Strong Excel skills; knowledge of estimation/QS software is an advantage. * Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and work to tight deadlines. * Good written and spoken English.
