Senior Engineers - Project, Site & QA/QC Leadership

Raban Al Safina Group is seeking experienced engineering professionals across construction, architectural, civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines for Project Manager, Site Manager and senior QA/QC roles. Each appointment will match the candidate's discipline and proven delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Project management: lead scope, schedules, budgets, resources, contracts and client coordination for the assigned project.
- Site management: direct daily execution, sequencing, subcontractors, productivity, technical interfaces and safe working practices.
- QA/QC leadership: implement quality plans and inspection and test plans, coordinate inspections and close nonconformities.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, technical submittals and material approvals within the relevant discipline.
- Coordinate construction and engineering interfaces, resolve technical issues and support completion and handover.
- Maintain reliable progress, inspection, testing and as-built records appropriate to the role.
Requirements
- A relevant engineering or architecture qualification aligned with the role applied for.
- Substantial practical experience in the stated discipline on major construction or engineering projects.
- Demonstrated responsibility at Project Manager, Site Manager or senior QA/QC level, as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, specifications and discipline-specific quality controls.
- Evidence of leading teams or contractors and resolving real site or project delivery issues.
- For QA/QC applicants, direct experience with inspections, test records, material traceability and quality closeout.
Preferred: Relevant project management, inspection or quality qualifications and experience coordinating complex multidisciplinary works.
