We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and report on digital marketing activities across paid advertising, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially focused, and comfortable taking ownership of campaigns from strategy and setup through optimization, tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives. * Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media campaigns. * Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. * Conduct keyword research and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, remarketing, and paid social campaigns. * Develop and implement SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, content optimization, local SEO, and link building. * Manage and improve organic search visibility using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. * Build and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels. * Work with creative teams to develop high-performing advertising creatives and campaign messaging. * Manage social media marketing activities and support content planning across relevant platforms. * Implement and verify conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and related technologies. * Analyze customer journeys and campaign attribution across website, calls, forms, WhatsApp, and CRM leads. * Conduct A/B testing of advertisements, audiences, landing pages, offers, and creatives. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations and actionable insights. * Monitor competitors, market trends, audience behavior, and emerging digital marketing opportunities. * Coordinate with sales and other departments to improve lead quality and conversion performance. * Explore and implement AI tools and marketing automation* to improve productivity and campaign performance.
Requirements 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a performance-driven environment. * Strong practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Strong understanding of SEO and SEM. * Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console*, and advertising pixels. * Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, funnels, and lead generation. * Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on business results rather than vanity metrics. * Experience managing significant advertising budgets is preferred. * Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills. * Understanding of CRM systems and lead attribution is an advantage. * Experience with landing-page optimization and CRO is an advantage. * Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and automation tools is preferred. * Strong Arabic & English communication skills
