Role Description
BHR is seeking a Senior Development Consultant with strong experience in real estate development and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will support project development strategies, feasibility studies, coordination, and asset enhancement for retail and mixed-use
Key Responsibilities:
Support real estate development planning and project execution.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
Assist in development strategies and project optimization.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
Support leasing and asset management teams with development insights.
Prepare professional reports, presentations, and project analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve asset value and project performance.
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in real estate development or development consultancy.
Strong background in commercial, retail, or mixed-use developments.
Good understanding of feasibility studies and development planning.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
Professional presentation and reporting skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Real estate or project management certifications are a plus.
