We are looking for strong Data/Software Engineers to join our client's team working on world-class geospatial data and mapping solutions used by users around the globe.
This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who enjoy complex problems, large-scale data, system design, and building solutions that make a real-world impact.
What we are looking for
• Strong programming, system design & problem-solving skills
• Professional experience with Scala, Java, C++ or similar
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark or Flink
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently
• Good understanding of algorithms, complexity and technical trade-offs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with large-scale/complex data
Good to have:
• Data engineering experience
• API & REST service development
• Akka, Play Framework or Spring
• GIS / Geospatial data experience
• JTS, ArcGIS, QGIS, OpenJump or similar tools
