Role Description The Senior Customer Service Advisor (C1) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The Senior Advisor will manage complex cases, provide guidance to junior team members, and escalate issues when necessary according to defined procedures. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following scripts and policies, and using CRM tools and contact center systems efficiently. The role also requires meeting performance targets, adhering to quality and compliance standards, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

- Previous experience in contact centers, BPO, or customer-facing roles, preferably in senior or escalations positions.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October, adhere to set schedules, and collaborate within a diverse team environment.
- Competence in using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and basic office software; familiarity with performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, NPS) is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial; multilingual skills are a plus.
