Senior Cost Control Engineer (Infrastructure – PMC)
Hill International is seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer to join a major infrastructure project on the North Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor project budgets and cost plans
- Track project expenditures against approved budgets
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
- Evaluate cost variations and support change control processes
- Provide cost input for claims and commercial matters
- Coordinate with planning, contracts, and commercial teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
- 12–15+ years of experience in Cost Control / Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience within PMC / Consultant environment
- Strong background in cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control
- Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks)
- Advanced skills in Excel and cost control tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Primavera P6 knowledge
- Experience in multi-package environments
