Role Description The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal advice and support on complex corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, joint ventures, and transactional documentation. This role will involve advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management for clients operating in Qatar and across the region. The Senior Corporate Counsel will collaborate closely with partners and associates, assist in developing legal strategies, and support litigation teams on corporate-related disputes when needed. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to knowledge development within the firm. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qatar.
