About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Content Creator who thinks before they write. This is not a captions-only role. You will own content strategy for a portfolio of accounts, ground it in real market and audience research, and lead the content output across social, campaigns and branded content. A strong part of our client base is in Saudi Arabia, so hands-on experience with the Saudi market and its audience is essential.
What You Will Do
- Build content strategies for client accounts based on market research, competitor analysis, audience insights and platform data
- Develop content pillars, tone of voice and monthly content frameworks that tie back to client business objectives
- Write and lead content for social media, campaigns, ads, video scripts and branded content in Arabic (including Saudi dialect) and English
- Conduct market and cultural research for Saudi and Gulf audiences and translate findings into content and creative recommendations
- Work closely with designers, video editors, media buyers and account managers to bring content to life
- Present strategies and creative directions to clients and defend them with insight, not opinion
- Analyze content performance and iterate based on data
- Mentor and review the work of junior content creators
What We Are Looking For
- 4 to 5 years of experience in content creation, ideally in an agency environment handling multiple accounts
- Proven experience working on brands in the Saudi market (a must)
- Solid, hands-on market research skills: competitor audits, audience analysis, social listening, trend and cultural research
- Ability to build a content strategy from scratch and present it with a clear rationale
- Excellent copywriting in Arabic and English, with a strong feel for Saudi and Gulf tone of voice
- Comfortable with performance data and platform analytics
- Familiarity with AI tools in the content workflow is a plus
- Portfolio of strategies and content work is required
