EKAS Pools is seeking a Senior Civil BIM Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo. The successful candidate will oversee technical office activities for swimming pool and landscape projects, ensuring accurate design coordination, quantity surveying, technical documentation, and project support throughout all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Develop and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and perform quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with design, site, procurement, and management teams.
• Review construction documents and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues during project execution.
• Collaborate with civil and MEP teams to integrate structural and electromechanical requirements.
• Support procurement activities through technical evaluations and quantity verification.
• Assist in cost control and project monitoring processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
