Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to own requirements and delivery for an airline loyalty programme running on the iLoyal loyalty management platform. You will turn business needs into clear, testable deliverables, coordinate vendors and internal IT, and carry change from scope definition through UAT and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis with business stakeholders and produce the associated deliverables (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Act as functional owner of the iLoyal platform — configuration, enhancements, integrations and member journeys.
- Map current and target-state processes using use case diagrams, data flow diagrams and swimlanes.
- Plan and run UAT and end-to-end test cycles, including defect triage with vendors and internal teams.
- Define business scope and evaluation criteria for RFI/RFP processes; manage day-to-day vendor interaction.
- Own IT support issues raised by the business through to resolution with internal IT and vendors.
- Validate data and integrations hands-on with SQL queries and API calls via Postman or SoapUI.
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with the iLoyal loyalty management platform (mandatory) and airline/travel loyalty programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Visio or Azure DevOps.
- Basic SQL — writing and executing queries to validate data and investigate issues.
- API execution and testing via Postman or SoapUI (REST/SOAP).
- UAT and end-to-end testing, plus process mapping (use cases, DFDs, swimlanes).
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years in business analysis, including at least one full loyalty platform implementation or major enhancement cycle.
- Comfortable operating between business, internal IT and third-party vendors, and holding each to account.
- Structured communicator whose documentation others can build and test from; able to work onsite in Dubai from day one.
