Role Description The Senior Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in Sabah Al Salem, responsible for leading daily coffee bar operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages, overseeing food preparation for light menu items, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The Senior Barista trains and mentors baristas, supports scheduling and workflow on shifts, and helps uphold quality standards for service and product consistency. This role also involves engaging with guests, handling inquiries or concerns professionally, and assisting with inventory, equipment checks, and opening and closing procedures. The Senior Barista collaborates with management to improve processes, introduce new offerings, and support promotional activities within the café.
