We are seeking a highly creative Architectural Designer with a strong focus on Concept Design, Spatial Innovation, and 3D Visualization. In this role, your primary focus will be shaping the visual identity and design language of our projects, turning client briefs into stunning, functional architectural designs.
(Note: Detailed shop drawings and production packages are handled by our technical team, allowing you to focus on design excellence and visual storytelling).
Key Responsibilities:
Concept & Massing Studies: Create innovative architectural concepts, space planning, facade designs, and mood boards.
High-End Visualization: Produce photo-realistic 3D renderings, animations, and high-quality presentation packages.
Design Development: Refine architectural ideas through iterations, material selection, and aesthetic detailing.
Client Presentations: Present design stories and concepts directly to clients with strong visual impact.
Design Intent Oversight: Coordinate briefly with the technical team to ensure the design intent is preserved in production.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
Experience: [3–5 years] strong track record in architectural design & concept development.
Design & Rendering Tools: Advanced skill in 3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp, Lumion / D5 Render / V-Ray, and Photoshop. (Knowledge of Revit / AutoCAD for early schematic layout is a plus).
Portfolio: A visually compelling design portfolio highlighting concept design, 3D renders, and creative process (Required).
