Role Description The BIM Lead (Architect) is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for leading Building Information Modeling activities across architectural projects. This role oversees the creation, coordination, and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements and standards. The BIM Lead collaborates with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate design information, resolve clashes, and support efficient project delivery. Daily tasks include guiding the design team in BIM best practices, developing and maintaining BIM templates and libraries, coordinating model updates, and providing technical support and training. The role also involves assisting with project planning, documentation, and reporting to ensure timely completion of high-quality residential and commercial finishing projects.
