Security Delivery Manager | Dubai

Reporting to: Director of Information Security
This is a delivery-focused role working closely with senior Information Security leadership, technology teams, business stakeholders and external delivery partners to drive security priorities, remediation and programme delivery through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery management of the Information Security workstream.
- Own and maintain the integrated security delivery plan covering risks, actions, owners, milestones and dependencies.
- Drive remediation activity against agreed priorities and timelines.
- Manage RAID, dependencies, actions and governance reporting.
- Coordinate delivery across Information Security, Technology, transformation teams, business stakeholders and third parties.
- Maintain clear traceability between security risks, controls, remediation actions and supporting evidence.
- Coordinate assurance evidence and ensure outstanding findings are routed to the appropriate owners.
- Support security planning across design, build, testing and deployment.
- Provide clear reporting and escalation to the Director of Information Security and senior governance forums.
- Line manage a Security Business Analyst.
About You
We're looking for someone with experience across Security Delivery, Information Security, Technology Business Analysis or large-scale Transformation, with the ability to manage complex delivery environments and multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing requirements and actions through the full delivery lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of information security, technology risk and security controls.
- Experience working across complex technology or transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, actions and programme documentation.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience within SAP, ERP or enterprise transformation programmes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or NIST CSF is advantageous.
