Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Female Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and communications, preparing documents and reports, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare presentations, reports, letters, meeting materials, and other executive documents.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and executive information.
Follow up with departments and key stakeholders on tasks and action items assigned by the CEO.
Organize business trips, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
Receive and coordinate visitors and guests of the CEO in a professional manner.
Maintain organized records, files, and important documents.
Assist the CEO with administrative and organizational tasks as required.
Coordinate with senior management and external parties professionally and efficiently.
Monitor deadlines and ensure important matters are followed up on time.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.Skills

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive.
Strong business communication and correspondence skills.
