Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and inspirational leadership across the school.
Establish a culture of academic excellence, innovation, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
Ensure an outstanding educational experience for every student.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
Oversee school development, policies, standards, and day-to-day operations.
Work closely with the Board to achieve the school’s long-term vision and growth.
