SAP ABAP & Fiori Consultant
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP & Fiori Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP development, S/4HANA, Fiori, integrations, and modern SAP development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong experience in ABAP Objects, Reports, ALV, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancements, RFCs, and IDocs.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and Fiori application implementation.
- Experience in Standard Fiori App implementation, configuration, adaptation, and extensions.
- Hands-on experience with Fiori Elements and Flexible Programming Model.
- Strong knowledge of OData V2/V4, CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA-based development.
- Good hands-on experience in REST APIs, SOAP, web services, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with SAP RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model) including behavior definitions, behavior implementations, service definitions, and service bindings.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and development of cloud-native applications on SAP BTP.
- Experience in developing side-by-side and in-app extensions using SAP’s clean-core approach.
- Knowledge of ABAP Cloud and Clean Core principles is preferred.
- Experience with SAP BTP, Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP Cloud Connector, and related development tools.
- Strong experience in developing Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and SAPScript.
- Experience in S/4HANA development, code remediation, performance optimization, and HANA-specific development.
- Experience with Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, spaces, pages, roles, and authorizations.
- Strong debugging, performance analysis, root-cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and production support projects.
- Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Good understanding of integration points with SAP FI, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP/third-party solutions.
- Experience in S/4HANA transformation and SAP modernization projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with functional, technical, integration, and business teams.
- Hands-on experience with SAP development environments and IDEs, including Eclipse with ABAP Development Tools (ADT), SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), Visual Studio Code, and SAP Fiori tools.
- Experience using SAP Fiori tools, UI5 Tooling, Fiori CLI, npm, Node.js, and related development frameworks for building, extending, testing, and deploying Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Experience developing and maintaining RAP and CAP applications using Eclipse/ADT, BAS, and SAP BTP development environments.
- Good understanding of Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, and source-code management for SAP development projects.
