Role Description
This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Jordan. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage prospective customers, present MetLife’s insurance and financial solutions, and guide customers through the sales process. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with colleagues, participate in training and development activities, and follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
