Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their needs and requirements.
- Present suitable vehicles and explain their specifications, features, and benefits.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on booking, contracting, and required documentation procedures.
- Coordinate with the Credit, Insurance, Accounting, and Delivery Departments.
- Follow up with customers until the vehicle delivery process is completed.
- Follow up with customers after the sale and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer information and sales activities on the company
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or commercial sales is preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with excellent customer service etiquette.
