About the RoleWe are looking for a highly passionate and driven Sales Specialist to join our foundational commercial team.
This is not a plug-and-play sales job. You will be the backbone of our acquisition strategy, tasked with building our sales funnel and journey from the ground up. We are looking for a true closer someone kind yet exceptionally smart, who wants this career more than anything and can convince us of whatever they set their mind to.
You need to be ready to hit the ground running, do "magic" to secure key partnerships, and seamlessly adapt your communication to fit perfectly with our service providers (knowing exactly how they talk and what they need).
Key ResponsibilitiesFunnel Creation & Ground Operations
- * Design, build, and execute the end-to-end sales funnel and provider journey from scratch alongside the founding team.
- Go on the ground to prospect, meet, and pitch to potential service providers in their environment.
Acquisition & Onboarding
- * Act as the primary engine for supply acquisition, bringing high-quality handymen onto the Tazbeat platform.
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring every provider fully understands the platform and feels supported.
Partnerships & Adaptability
- * Lead and close strategic B2B partnerships that drive demand.
- Navigate diverse conversations effortlessly, adapting your tone whether you are speaking to a corporate facility manager or a local plumber.
