Job SummaryThe Modern Trade Field Sales Executive executes the Modern Trade sales plan within the assigned territory, ensuring product availability, visibility and promotional compliance while supporting the Area Sales Manager in achieving volume, revenue and market-share objectives.
The role functionally coordinates the merchandisers assigned to the territory, optimizes route plans, and escalates field risks, opportunities and required actions to the Area Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile: Qualifications / Technical Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field.
ExperienceMin three years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG and Modern Trade.
Languages
Fluent Arabic and good French. English is an advantage.
Tools
Good command of MS Office.
Mobility
Availability for regular field visits and domestic travel according to business needs.
Modern Trade knowledge
Good understanding of supermarkets, hypermarkets and in-store sales fundamentals.
Selling & negotiation
Strong selling and negotiation skills; maintains productive relationships with store contacts.
Communication
Strong communication skills; reports opportunities, issues and execution gaps clearly.
Organization & reporting
Strong organization skills; follows route plans and submits accurate reports within agreed timelines.
