About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Heliopolis, Cairo.
This is a hands-on commercial role combining sales coordination, customer management, sales operations, CRM administration, reporting, and field support. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, highly organized, and confident in dealing with both customers and sales teams.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to ensure smooth execution of sales activities, strong customer follow-up, accurate CRM data, and effective conversion of leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up with Sales Representatives on customer visits, calls, quotations, orders, and pending actions.
- Monitor the sales pipeline from lead ‚Üí customer visit ‚Üí quotation ‚Üí order ‚Üí collection.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information on Odoo/CRM.
- Follow up with inactive and unresponsive customers and identify opportunities to reactivate business.
- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the relevant sales representative or internal department.
- Conduct after-sales follow-up and ensure customer issues are properly addressed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance updates for the Sales Manager.
- Track leads generated through marketing activities and ensure proper handover to the sales team.
- Support customer visits and joint field visits when required.
- Coordinate with Finance/AR regarding collection follow-up and customer account status.
- Support the onboarding and initial training of new sales representatives.
- Identify gaps in the sales process and follow up on actions required to improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong experience in B2B sales or customer-facing environments.
- Experience in raw materials, industrial products, manufacturing, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the sales cycle and commercial processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems; Odoo is a strong advantage.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive personality with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with both customers and sales teams.
- Fluent Arabic and good professional English.
- Driving license and access to transportation are preferred due to occasional customer visits.
