The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Government to develop and manage relationships with government entities, driving room and event bookings from this key market segment.
What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with government clients and entities as well as other targets
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets from the government segment
- Prepare and negotiate rate agreements and contracts with government accounts
- Conduct sales calls, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the government sector
- Collaborate with Reservations and Front Office to ensure smooth guest experiences for government bookings
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Who Should Apply
- 5–6 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record in the government segment
- Existing network of government/corporate contacts in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
