Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role includes setting sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective implementation of sales plans for life and takaful insurance products. The Sales Manager will coach and motivate team members, manage key client relationships, and support customers with product information and tailored solutions. Daily tasks include preparing sales reports, forecasting, coordinating with marketing and operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, organizing sales activities, and representing the company in local business and community events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance, financial services, or banking.
- Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and coaching.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and analyze sales data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of life insurance and takaful concepts; familiarity with Sharia-compliant financial products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; Arabic fluency required, English proficiency preferred.
