Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – ERP Software
Diamond Software is looking for a highly driven and well-connected Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain.
We are specifically looking for someone who already has a strong network and established business contacts in the Bahrain market and can actively generate opportunities, approach decision-makers, and close B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through an existing professional network and active prospecting
- Approach business owners, CEOs, CFOs, General Managers and other key decision-makers
- Identify customer requirements and position Diamond ERP solutions accordingly
- Conduct professional ERP presentations and product demonstrations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and initial meeting through proposal, negotiation and closing
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports

Coordinate with implementation and technical teams during the sales and handover process

Required Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience
- Previous experience in ERP is an advantage; business software, IT solutions or enterprise technology sales is strongly preferred
- Strong existing business contacts and market connections in Bahrain are essential
- Proven track record of generating leads independently and closing B2B deals
- Strong experience dealing directly with senior management and business owners
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
- Good understanding of business processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR/Payroll, POS or related operations is an advantage
- Bahrain/GCC market experience preferred
- Valid Bahrain driving licence is an advantage
