The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and closing new sales opportunities within the real estate sector. Using a consultative sales approach, the candidate will identify client needs, qualify leads, present suitable property options, and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Qualifications

1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of lead follow-up and client relationship management.
- Target-driven with a strong closing mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Professional presentation and customer-handling skills.
