The Sales Executive – B2B is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate client relationships, and executing sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role focuses on lead generation, customer engagement, and end-to-end sales cycle management in coordination with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
- * Support the achievement of B2B sales, revenue, and profitability targets through effective execution of sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and acquire new corporate customers to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day sales activities including client visits, follow-ups, and effective engagement to convert opportunities into sales.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and tender submissions in line with company policies.
- Monitor personal sales pipeline, customer requirements, and market opportunities, and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting smooth order processing.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as category, supply chain, and operations to ensure product availability, order fulfillment, and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation to support performance tracking and business decision-making.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards while supporting continuous improvement in processes.
Candidate Requirements • 3 to 5 years B2B or project sales experience with a clearly demonstrably track record of achievement, preferably in Consumer Electronics or commercial sector
• An excellent network of Architects, Consultants, Contractors in Kuwait/GCC
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Kuwait driving license is a must
