Job Description Drive direct sales activities to maximize hotel revenue and market presence. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government and key business accounts. * Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure consistent client engagement. * Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets. * Identify and develop new business opportunities across key market segments. * Solicit corporate, leisure, group, meetings and events business. * Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, site inspections and business presentations. * Execute sales strategies and action plans in line with the hotel’s commercial objectives. * Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities across rooms, F&B, meetings and events. * Maintain excellent knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, packages and unique selling points. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs, providing relevant market feedback. * Deliver exceptional 5-star service while demonstrating a “Yes I Can!”* attitude and upholding RHG’s Responsible Business principles.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment*. * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. * Strong knowledge of corporate, leisure, group and MICE markets. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business. * Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. * Strong client relationship management and business development skills. * Good knowledge of the local hospitality market and competitor landscape. * Professional grooming and confident, customer-focused personality. * Strong networking, sales call and account management abilities. * Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
