Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through showroom visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure all incoming leads, whether from online platforms, walk-ins, phone inquiries, or referrals—are attended to promptly without failure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features to influence purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and process transactions efficiently.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set.
- Monitor personal performance metrics and report progress regularly to the supervisor.
- Stay up to date with product features, specifications, pricing, and competitive offerings.
- Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide post-sale support, including follow-ups and assistance with documentation.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify market trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and report relevant insights to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales reports as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
