Nextep Services is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and provide technical and commercial solutions for construction and interior finishing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- * Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare technical submittals and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and project approvals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for project execution.
- Follow up on payments and achieve sales and collection targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably construction or fit-out.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English.
- Proactive, target-driven, and willing to conduct client visits.
- Owning a car is a must
