About The RoleWe are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business acquisition across the MENA region . This is a revenue-owning role focused on building enterprise pipeline, developing senior relationships and closing complex SaaS opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own new business acquisition across MENA, from target account identification through closure.
- Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline through proactive prospecting, executive engagement, referrals and industry networks.
- Establish relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Understand client business priorities and position Darwinbox around relevant business outcomes , rather than product features alone.
- Partner closely with SDR, Presales, Value Engineering, Product Marketing and other GTM teams to progress and close opportunities.
- Maintain clear ownership of pipeline, deal strategy, forecasting and revenue targets .
- Represent Darwinbox at relevant industry and executive forums to build relationships and create new opportunities.
Requirements
- * 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience , with significant exposure to the MENA market .
- Proven track record in new-logo acquisition and selling complex SaaS / enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and navigating commercial and procurement processes.
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives .
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently and develop a territory with limited existing opportunities.
- Experience in HRTech, HCM, ERP or enterprise SaaS preferred.
- Arabic-speaking preferred.
- Strong understanding of the MENA enterprise landscape and established relationships across the region would be an advantage.
