Why Choose UXCam
- * Category leader trusted by global brands, now doubling down on AI.
- Big impact, low bureaucracy, international team.
- Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
- Berlin-based hybrid role (2 days home office)
About The RoleWe’re hiring an Outbound SDR with a primary focus on Latin America (LATAM) to drive pipeline growth and help shape our next-generation sales tech stack.
We are looking for a natural prospector and a beast on the phone—someone who understands LATAM business culture, speaks Spanish and/or Portuguese fluently, and thrives on cold outreach. While LATAM is your core focus, you’re versatile and adaptable enough to run campaigns into North America (NAM) or other global regions as opportunities evolve.
We are actively building our AI-driven outbound stack, and we need your frontline SDR domain knowledge to guide what gets built. You won't handle technical setup or coding, but you will partner with our RevOps and Sales teams to co-design workflows, test new AI capabilities in live scenarios, and leverage them to supercharge your reach.
What You’ll Be Doing
- * Drive high-impact outbound: Pick up the phone, build immediate rapport, and book qualified meetings with key decision-makers across LATAM (with flexibility to prospect into NAM and other key regions).
- Leverage market fluency: Apply a deep understanding of LATAM culture, business practices, and regional nuances to craft messaging that opens doors.
- Shape our AI stack: Act as the domain expert—providing practical feedback and real-world SDR insights to help us test, refine, and build our sales automation stack.
- Run outbound experiments: Design, test, and iterate on messaging, multi-channel cadences, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Scale output with modern tech: Actively use AI and automation tools to streamline account research, personalize outreach at scale, and prioritize high-intent leads.
- Collaborate & build playbooks: Analyze performance data to understand why messaging works, collaborating with Sales and RevOps to turn winning outreach into repeatable playbooks.
- Focus on real pipeline: Measure success by high-quality meetings that convert to actual revenue—not vanity activity volume.
What You’ll Need To Succeed At This RoleMust-haves
- * Professional fluency in English AND Spanish or Portuguese (trilingual is a huge plus).
- Strong hunter mentality—you genuinely enjoy outbound prospecting and picking up the phone.
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Deep understanding of LATAM business dynamics, with the agility to adapt messaging for NAM or other Western markets when needed.
- Comfort owning a meeting quota and working a territory with ambiguity.
- A builder mindset—curiosity, experimentation, problem-solving, and tech-savviness.
- Clean, accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc.).
Nice-to-haves
- * Experience designing or improving outbound motions (not just executing existing playbooks).
- Experience selling in the product analytics, UX, or developer tool space.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, etc.) for prospecting, research, or workflow automation.
*This role is NOT a fit if you are** Looking for inbound leads or uncomfortable with cold calling.
* Wanting a purely task-based SDR role where you just execute pre-made sequences.
* Hesitant to embrace new AI tools and tech-forward workflows.
What We'll Offer You
- * Shape the future of sales: Help build a modern, AI-first outbound engine from the ground up.
- Great product: Work with a product customers genuinely love and rely on (check us out on G2).
- Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
- Culture & Impact: Flat hierarchy, high ownership, and direct influence on company revenue in a scaling startup.
- Perks: Edenred benefit or Urban Sports Club membership, 30 days of paid holiday, and flexible remote options.
