Role Summary
The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The role will focus on understanding customer requirements, developing solutions, managing sales enquiries, negotiating commercial terms, and building long-term relationships with clients to support business growth.

- Establish new clients, maintain, manage and retain relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base and maintain client and prospective client information in the company's database
- Recording & effectively responding to all inward enquiries.
- Understanding of customers business and requirements.
- Negotiating the terms of sales including price, delivery and specifications effectively with clients and negotiating cost deductions and effective pricing with managers.
- Generating and achieving sales and revenue target by increasing customer satisfaction and market share
- Representing the company at trade exhibitor and events.
- Introducing & advising on forth coming product developments to potential buyers/clients.
- Regular follow up on projects enquiry and reporting to managers. Maintaining excellent relationship with end users, buyers, project coordinators and co-workers.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Develop sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in Oil and Gas, preferably chemical/chemical products
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, technical sales, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in developing new business and managing existing customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, customer requirements, quotations, negotiations, and commercial terms.
- Experience in handling project enquiries and working with end users, buyers, consultants, and project coordinators.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product/service requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
- English required; additional languages will be an advantage.
Work Conditions
- Office and client-facing role with regular travel for customer meetings, business development activities, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
- Working hours as per company policy.
- May require travel within the UAE and, where applicable, other business locations.
