Guest contact is central to the job. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.
Where you’ll contribute
- Communicate with prospective and confirmed event clients
- Assist with property tours and in-person planning meetings
- Prepare event information and coordinate details with banquet teams
- Track inquiries, updates, and client follow-up
