What You Will Do | مهامك
- Welcome and assist customers in-store
- استقبال العملاء داخل المتجر وتقديم تجربة تسوق مميزة تعكس هوية سكوات وولف
- Support customers with product knowledge and styling recommendations
- مساعدة العملاء في اختيار المنتجات المناسبة وتقديم شرح واضح عنها
- Contribute to achieving store KPIs and support the improvement of sales performance and customer experience
- المساهمة في تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الخاصة بالمتجر ودعم رفع مستوى المبيعات وتحسين تجربة العملاء
- Support stock organization and replenishment
- المساعدة في ترتيب وتنظيم المنتجات وإعادة تعبئة المخزون عند الحاجة
- Represent the SQUATWOLF brand and culture positively
- تمثيل علامة سكوات وولف وثقافتها بصورة احترافية تعكس قيمها
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المتجر وفق أعلى المعايير
What We’re Looking For | المطلوب
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- يفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو خدمة العملاء
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
