About The Role
The S Concept by Falcons is looking for a Sales Assistant who is passionate about streetwear, sneakers, fashion, and contemporary culture.
You will be part of a dynamic retail environment, helping customers discover products, creating an engaging shopping experience, and representing the identity of The S Concept.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers with a friendly and confident attitude.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Have strong knowledge of streetwear, sneakers, accessories, and current trends.
Keep the store visually appealing, organized, and on-brand.
Support product launches, new drops, events, and activations.
Maintain accurate product and stock knowledge.
Assist with stock replenishment and daily store operations.
Create a welcoming and energetic store atmosphere.
Stay updated on streetwear trends, brands, releases, and fashion culture.
Requirements
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
Genuine passion for streetwear, sneakers, fashion, and contemporary culture.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Confident, energetic, and approachable personality.
Good sense of style and awareness of current trends.
Sales-driven and target-oriented.
Well-presented and professional.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
