Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Alexandria. The Sales Agent is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, presenting Chubb’s insurance products, and tailoring solutions to meet individual and business needs. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and managing a pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets. The role also involves providing ongoing customer support, handling policy inquiries, coordinating with underwriting and claims teams, and ensuring a positive client experience. The Sales Agent will stay informed about Chubb’s offerings, market trends, and compliance requirements, and may participate in training sessions and local marketing or community outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to explain insurance solutions clearly, build rapport, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Knowledge of Insurance products, coverage options, and basic underwriting concepts, or willingness to learn through training.
- Ability to participate in Training programs and continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail in managing client information and documentation.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Alexandria and engaging with clients in person and via phone or digital channels.
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services sales is an asset; relevant professional certifications or licenses are beneficial, and may be required depending on jurisdiction.
