The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions for the Industrial Engines products. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key influencers involved in the sales process, including architects, design engineers, consultants, specialty and general contractors, OEMs, dealers, and channel partners.
- Build trusted relationships with customer management teams, technical personnel, and service teams to enhance engagement and influence project specifications.
- Identify customer needs, priorities, and project requirements, serving as a subject matter expert and resource for technical and sales-related support.
- Attend customer and site meetings to identify potential business opportunities and ensure all opportunities are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Professionals to convert identified opportunities into revenue-generating projects.
- Influence product specifications and purchasing decisions by providing value-driven solutions that align with customer requirements and total cost of ownership considerations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, products, and best practices while continuously developing technical and process expertise.
- Support, mentor, and develop sales teams by sharing technical knowledge and promoting best practices across the organization.
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies and maintain comprehensive account plans for key influencer accounts.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and maximize market penetration.
- Conduct market analysis, assess competitive technologies, and provide insights on industry trends and business opportunities.
- Represent the organization through trade associations, industry forums, speaking engagements, and customer-facing events to enhance market visibility and brand positioning.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings and provide technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the development of the sales organization through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years of experience in selling Industrial Engines in the KSA market
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
