*Job Responsibilities:** Operate and monitor steel rolling mill equipment and production lines. * Control rolling operations to achieve required steel dimensions, quality, and production targets. * Monitor process parameters such as rolling speed, temperature, pressure, and material flow. * Operate and adjust rolling mill machinery, stands, guides, rollers, and related equipment. * Inspect steel products during the rolling process and identify dimensional or surface defects. * Coordinate with pulpit/control room operators, production supervisors, maintenance, and quality control teams. * Perform routine checks of rolling equipment and report abnormalities or equipment faults. * Assist in machine start-up, shutdown, changeover, and adjustment activities. * Maintain production records, shift reports, and operating logs. * Follow standard operating procedures, production plans, and safety requirements. * Take immediate action during process abnormalities or emergency situations. * Maintain good housekeeping around the rolling mill area.
*Requirements:** Relevant experience as a Rolling Mill Operator, preferably in a steel plant or heavy industrial environment. * Good knowledge of steel rolling processes and rolling mill equipment. * Ability to monitor and adjust machine operating parameters. * Good understanding of industrial safety procedures. * Strong observation, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work in shifts and in a demanding industrial environment.
