Role Description
STEMers is looking for an experienced FLL Challenge Instructor to join our team and mentor students through their FLL Challenge journey.
Requirements:
Previous hands-on experience participating in or coaching FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Challenge.
Strong knowledge of LEGO Mindstorms EV3.
Good knowledge of Arduino and robotics fundamentals.
Ability to build, program, test, and troubleshoot robotic solutions.
Experience working with children and teenagers in a STEM/robotics learning environment.
Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for robotics, innovation, and STEM education.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and mentor students for the FLL Challenge.
Guide students through robot design, building, programming, and testing.
Support students in developing and improving their solutions.
Prepare students for competition challenges and help them develop teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Monitor students’ progress and provide technical guidance throughout the competition season.
