Pen Point Stationery is looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Staff member with hands-on experience in stationery, printing, bookstore, or a similar retail environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer service and sales skills, along with practical experience in printing, binding, laminating, and graphic editing.
Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their stationery, printing, and service requirements. * Sell stationery products, school supplies, books, and related items. * Handle printing, photocopying, scanning, binding, and laminating services efficiently and accurately. * Operate large-format printing machines; experience is preferred. * Prepare and edit files for printing using Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD*. * Ensure correct file setup, sizing, formatting, and print quality. * Handle customer orders from receiving files through printing and final finishing. * Organize, display, and restock stationery and other products. * Monitor inventory and report product shortages. * Handle cashier/POS duties and complete sales transactions accurately. * Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the shop and work area. * Provide professional customer service and resolve basic customer queries effectively.
Requirements Previous experience in a stationery shop, printing shop, bookstore, or similar retail environment is mandatory. * Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills. * Hands-on experience in binding and laminating is required. * Experience with printing and photocopying is required. * Experience with Adobe Illustrator is preffered. * Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage * Experience operating large-format printing machines is preferred. * Ability to prepare files and perform printing tasks with speed and minimal errors. * Basic knowledge of print finishing and paper sizes/types. * Experience with POS/cashier systems is an advantage. * Punctual, reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.*
