We are looking for a Project & Maintenance Engineer to join our team and manage retail store projects, maintenance activities, and technical requirements across our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate retail store projects, renovations, fit-outs, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Follow up on project timelines, budgets, materials, and work progress.
- Conduct regular store inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other technical systems.
- Ensure maintenance issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
- Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed according to required quality and safety standards.
- Prepare maintenance and project reports and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Ensure retail stores comply with technical, safety, and operational requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retail projects, fit-out, maintenance, or facilities management.
- Experience working with retail stores, malls, commercial spaces, or similar environments is preferred.
- Experience managing contractors and external suppliers.
- Good project coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintenance requests simultaneously.
- Willingness to visit and supervise multiple retail locations when required.
