Role Description This full-time, on-site Retail Operation Manager role is based in Az Zaqāzīq. The Retail Operation Manager oversees day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. The role includes supervising and coaching staff, organizing schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The manager is responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing store data, and implementing actions to improve revenue and efficiency. This position also focuses on delivering consistent customer service, handling escalated customer concerns, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the store environment is safe, clean, and well-presented.
