Role Description The Retail Cashier is a full-time, on-site role based at Lillington Guns & Ammo in Lillington, NC. This role is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, handling cash and electronic payments, and issuing receipts while following store policies and applicable regulations. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, answering basic product and store-related questions, and directing customers to the appropriate staff member for more detailed assistance when needed. The Retail Cashier maintains a clean and organized checkout area, restocks small merchandise near the register, and assists with pricing, labeling, and basic inventory checks. The role also involves following safety and compliance procedures, verifying age or identification when necessary, and supporting the team with opening and closing duties, including reconciling the cash drawer.
